Co-extrusion runs two extruders into a single die head at the same time. The outer ASA polymer and the inner WPC compound fuse at the molecular level while still molten — there is no glue, no film and no bond line to fail.共挤工艺让两台挤出机的物料同时进入同一模头。外层 ASA 高分子与内层 WPC 基料在熔融状态下于分子层面结合 — 没有胶水、没有覆膜、没有会失效的结合界面。

Co-extrusion is unforgiving: the two melt streams must meet at exactly the right temperature and pressure or the shield layer will delaminate. We run 12 dedicated co-extrusion lines with in-line thickness gauges, and our own tool shop makes every die.
